On one hand I do love how they’ve perfected her hidden intellect, childish mania, innocent love, wit, and made it all way more adult and real. Not campy like in the show. I love her facial expressions, I love her lines, actions and additude. I think they nailed it.
But, like many, I hate her new costume. The nurse made sense in Arkham, Joker was ill, then they biker chicked her up and it got stupid. But this was SO close to perfect. And I don’t really see her doing more then flirting with any other man but the Joker.
I can deal with sexing up comic chicks, it’s one of those things you just need to accept, but seriously… even if her shorts where just pants I think I would be less upset.
Other then that, love the back story, love her lines, the Joker and her romance is just so relevant to me. If only I hadn’t quit gymnastics.

Is the intention of the change in Harley Quinn’s costume (yes, that’s Harley Quinn) for Suicide Squad #1 to commit corporate suicide? Because that’s what DC has been doing with some of these “reboots” this week. I’ve never gone from so excited about something to such utter disappointment in this short a matter of time…
